Achilles Tony Brown infant son of Ashley Serio and Daniel Brown died Sunday August 25 2013 at the Newberry County Memorial Hospital. Besides his parents of Newberry Achilles is survived by his sisters Delia Ann Lopez and Jada Anjelice Danielle Brown both of Newberry; maternal grandmother Ann Serio of Newberry; paternal grandmother Becky Brown of Newberry; paternal great-grandmother Margie Perry of Newberry; aunt Angel Wofford of Newberry; uncles Jonathan Serio and Kevin Brown both of Newberry; paternal great aunt Janet Moates of Newberry; cousins Christopher Brown Damion Brown Britlyn Serio Julia Serio Kaylen Wofford Patrick Collins Ethan Bright and Dylan Bright. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather Tony Serio; maternal great-grandparents Dr. and Mrs. John S. Floyd III; paternal great-grandmother Betty Brown; paternal great-grandfather Dan German Perry Sr.; great-aunt Faye Brooks; and great-uncle Dan German Perry Jr. Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 PM on Saturday August 31 2013 at the Whitaker Funeral Home chapel by the Rev. Tony Dickert. Interment did follow in Newberry Memorial Gardens. The family did receive friends from 6:00 to 7:30 PM Thursday August 29 2013 at Whitaker Funeral Home in Newberry.
