Angie Ruff 50 of Newberry died Thursday January 15 2004 at the J.F. Hawkins Nursing Home. She was born on March 26 1953 in Newberry the daughter of the late John David and Ethel Kinard Ruff. She was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church.Miss Ruff is survived by an uncle and three aunts Walter E. "Jack" and Ruth Ruff of Prosperity and Lillian Younginer and Clara Gregory both of West Columbia; and a number of cousins. She was predeceased by an uncle Wilbur Ruff.Angie's family knew she was special and loved her very much. She will truly be missed. She was previously a resident of Whitten Center Clinton; the Hunter Home; and 2014 Nance St. Newberry. She worked at the Newberry Industries.Funeral services for Angie Ruff will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the Whitaker Funeral Home by the Rev. Ronald G. Smith. Interment will be in Newberry Memorial Gardens.Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. Saturday prior to the funeral services.Memorials may be made to the Bethany Lutheran Church 2704 Nance St. Newberry SC 29108.
