ArDee Fitts 76 of 1512 Dave Dr. Newberry died Monday March 27 2006 at his residence.Mr. Fitts was born on April 29 1929 in Simmit Co. Akron OH a son of the late Tandy Boge and Altie Mae Trusty Fitts. He was an U.S. Navy veteran and a retired employee of Senn Trucking Co. He was a Life Member of Amity Masonic Lodge # 87 and was a 25-year member of Joppe Masonic Lodge # 666 in Akron Ohio. Mr. Fitts is survived by his wife Mary Freeman Fitts of Newberry; a son Gary Dee Fitts of Mogadore OH; a step-daughter Linda Freeman Horn of Ridgeway; three step-sons Jesse R. Freeman and Douglas Freeman both of Lexington and Harry Freeman of Chapin; a sister Ione Scherade of Akron OH; nine grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.Memorial services were conducted at 3:00 PM Thursday at the Whitaker Funeral Home by the Rev. R. J. Roberts. Visitation did follow the service.
