Arthur Thomas Williams, Jr., 90, of Chapin, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 1, 2026, at his home. Born on February 15, 1936, in Edgar Springs, Missouri. Arthur was a son of the late Arthur T. Williams, Sr. and Pearl Mathis Williams.

A memorial service to celebrate Arthur's life will be held 3:00 PM, Saturday, November 14, 2026, at St. Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church.
The family will receive friends for a gathering, following the service, at the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church in Arthur's memory.
