Bernadine M. Leas, 95, of Omaha, NE died, Tuesday, May 24, 2016. Mrs. Leas is survived by her children, Philip (Sheila) Leas, Linda Vandenbroucke, Paul (Brenda) Leas, and Deborah Leas; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and sister, Lillian Wittler. She was predeceased by her husband, Harry D. Leas and brothers, Sylvester, Raymond, and A. Ferdinand ("Ferdie") Venteicher. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 26, 2016 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at John A. Gentleman Mortuaries, 1010 N. 72nd Street, Omaha, NE 68114 with a wake service being held at 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM Friday, May 27, 2016 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2110 S. 32nd Ave., Omaha, NE 68105. A graveside service will be held at 1:30 PM on June 1, 2016 at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church Cemetery, 108 Amick's Ferry Rd., Chapin, SC 29036.
