Berniece "Boo" Ludwick Gregory 79 of 1401 Jefferson St. Newberry widow of Curtis R. Gregory died Tuesday January 06 2004 at the Newberry County Memorial Hospital.Mrs. Gregory was born on May 30 1924 in Cherryville NC a daughter of the late James E. and Mabel Waters Ludwick. She was a former employee of Gilder and Weeks Drug Store and she was a member of the Newberry A.R. Presbyterian Church..Mrs. Gregory is survived by two daughters Vickie Gregory Carter of Chester and Donna Gregory Quinn of Newberry; a sister Marcie Crooks of Norfolk VA; a brother Louis L. Ludwick of Summerville; four grandchildren Rev. Kevin Carter of Greenwood Neal Carter of Rock Hill and Alexandra Lopez and Desiree Lopez both of Aguadilla Puerto Rico; and eight great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son James. H. "Jimmy" Gregory and a brother James E. LudwickFuneral services for Berniece "Boo" Ludwick Gregory will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Thursday at the Newberry A.R. Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Doug White. Interment will be in Rosemont Cemetery.Visitation will be from 6:00 to 7:000 P.M.
