Billie Ruth Paysinger Harris, 68, of Clinton died Sunday, July 1, 2018 at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born on September 17, 1949 in Greenwood, she was a daughter of the late William and Allie Holland Paysinger. Mrs. Harris previously attended First Methodist Church in Batesburg. She enjoyed dancing, swimming, and grilling out with her husband. She is survived by her husband, Clifton Harris; sister, Janice Parker (Doug) of Gilbert; and an aunt, Christine Outzs of Lexington.
