Brian Forte, 58, of Chapin, passed peacefully in Indiana on Thursday, January 16, 2025. Brian was born on March 23, 1966 to Edwin and Ella Forte. A resident of Chapin, Brian lived a full and joyous life dedicated to his family and passion for adventure. He retired after a commendable career with the United States Postal Service. In his leisure time, Brian found immense joy in riding motorcycles, embracing the freedom and exhilaration the open road offered him.

Brian is survived by his devoted wife, Dawn Forte and together, they raised five wonderful children, each of whom brought immense pride and joy into Brian's life: Kevin Forte, Kayla Forte, Kaitlyn Forte (Shaun Fettes), Corinne Forte (Griffin Zimmerman), and Cassidy Forte. Brian was also a cherished grandfather to McKenna, Ryan James, and Ella; His siblings Eddie Forte (Linda), Patricia Scida (The late Louis)(Carl), Steven Forte (Doreen), Fran Wilson (Lance), Denise Salowki, Diane Galgano (Bobby), Honora Ruggiero (Carl), Ralph Forte (Maria), and a host of nieces and nephews. While his family was large, each member was a significant and cherished part of his life.

Brian was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Ella Forte, his brother, Kevin Forte, and his nephew, Justin Wilson.

A Celebration of Life event will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at 3 PM at Mid Carolina Club. It will be a time to share memories, laughter, and love as we pay tribute to a remarkable man who touched many hearts.
