Carol Lisa Felder Lail, 61, of Pomaria, died Friday, May 12, 2023 at her residence.

Born on June 26, 1961 in Holly Hill, she was a daughter of Carole Rast Felder and the late Powell Reed Felder, Jr. She was the wife of 34 years to Richard "Rick" Lail and the proud mother of Tura Jean Lail.

Lisa was a long-time member of Corinth Baptist Church in Holly Hill and Seacoast Church. She loved the Lord, her church, and her family and friends. Lisa was a very happy person who loved to laugh. Her laugh and smile was infectious to those that surrounded her. Known as kind and generous to all that knew her, she will be greatly missed by many.

In addition to her mother, husband, and daughter, she is survived by siblings, Julie (Wade) Louthan, Larry Felder, and Buddy (Lindy) Felder; four nieces, Anna (Chris) Louthan-Bass, Caroline (Kyle) Shea, Ashley Felder, and Britany Felder; and two nephews, Johnathan (Kim) Watkins and Lee Louthan.

A memorial service will be held at 2:30 PM on Wednesday at Whitaker Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
