Carroll Jefferson "Jeff" Ringer 74 of Midland Center 8301 Farrow Road Walnut Residence Columbia died Sunday June 4 2006 at Palmetto Richland Hospital.Mr. Ringer was born on October 9 1931 in Pomaria a son of the late Thomas E. and Ola Mae Miller Ringer. He was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church Pomaria.Mr. Ringer is survived by three brothers Thomas E. Ringer Jr. of Columbia Hoyt Ringer and Richard Ringer both of Pomaria; and a number of nieces and nephews.Graveside funeral services were conducted at 2:00 P.M.
