Catherine Gallo Lutts, 83, of Chapin, died Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Palmetto Health Baptist Parkridge. Born in Philadelphia, PA on October 25, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Bertha Gallo. Mrs. Lutts was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church. She is survived by sons, Jeffrey W. Lutts of Chapin and Gregory J. Lutts of Hackettstown, NJ; daughter, Patricia Ann Lutts of Hackettstown, NJ; and grandson, Matthew Thomas Lutts of Chapin. She was predeceased by her husband, William Harold Lutts; sister, Peggy DiGennaro; and a brother, Thomas Gallo. Funeral services will be held at a later date at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, PA 18940. The family suggests memorials be made to Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, Building Fund, P.O. Box 549, Chapin, SC 29036.
