Charlotte Elizabeth Miller Boleyn, died at White Oak Manor in Newberry on December 27, 2020, at the age of 99.
Born in Washington, DC on December 25, 1921, she was a daughter of the late Fredrick Carl and Mabel Rodgers Miller. She was the wife of the late Charles Edward Boleyn, Jr. for more than 60 years.
Mrs. Boleyn was a dedicated and generous wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother whose grandchildren affectionately called her "Woowoo". She loved doing for her family, especially cooking for them, and will be remembered for her selfless and gentle spirit. She was a member of Aimwell Presbyterian Church in Ridgeway, was devout in attending church, and greatly enjoyed being a choir member.
She is survived by her grandson, Charles W. "Billy" Boleyn, Jr., and his wife Caroline Hall of Chapin; her sister, Anne Norris of Myrtle Beach; grandson-in-law, James E. Keegan of Irmo; great grandchildren, Lindsey K. Nerheim (Brad) and Jarred R. Keegan; step great grandson, James N. Hall; great great grandchildren, Victor and Will Nerheim; sister-in-law, Marguerite Miller of Virginia; niece, Marty Fields and spouse Jack of Myrtle Beach and nephew, Rodger Hollenbeck of St. Louis, MO.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her son and his wife, Charles W. Boleyn, Sr. and Cathlene; brother, Frederick L. Miller and grandchildren, Corey E. Boleyn and Catherine B. Keegan.
The family will celebrate her life with a service at 3:00 pm on Saturday, January 2, 2021 in the Whitaker Funeral Home Chapel, Newberry, SC. Burial will be at a later date.
