Cody Paul Lindler, 34, of Chapin, SC, died July 27, 2025. Born July 20, 1991, in Columbia, SC, to Aubrey Paul and Lisa Rene (Smith) Lindler.

Cody was employed with Swampfox Technologies, Inc. in Columbia, SC.

Cody loved grilling out, learning to weld, hanging out with friends, his cat, Clyde, politics, shooting guns with his brother, all things Legos, Star Wars, and playing Sci-Fi games. He also enjoyed family events like birthday gatherings.

He is survived by his parents, his brother Jesse (Cheyanne) Lindler; aunt, Julie Watts; uncle, Kenneth (Libby) Lindler; maternal grandmother, Joyce Smith, as well as cousins. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Robert Smith, and paternal grandparents Earl and Margie Lindler.

A funeral service will be held at 10am on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at St. Peters Lutheran Church with Rev. Randall Drafts officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to an animal rescue of your choice.
