Cory Justin Frick 22 of 149 Stephens Creek Rd. Little Mountain died Sunday May 11 2014. Funeral services were conducted 4:30PM Monday May 12 2014 at St. Peters Lutheran Church Chapin by the Rev. David Tholstrup. Interment was in the church cemetery. The family did receive friends following the service. Born on April 12 1992 he is the son of Keith and Lisa Shealy Frick. Cory was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church and was active in the Cross Group. He was recently employed with SCEG working on the sub-station construction unit. Cory loved life. He enjoyed fishing hunting and being on the lake. He valued hard work as well as spending time with friends. He was a good son brother boyfriend and friend and will always be remembered for his smile and his big heart. In addition to his parents of Little Mountain he is survived by a sister Taylor Michelle Frick of Little Mountain; maternal grandmother Billie Jean Drew Shealy of Spartanburg; great-uncle G. Barry Shealy of Columbia; aunt Stephanie Shealy of Prosperity; uncles Cary W. (Donna) Frick and Derryl Eugene Frick both of Chapin and John E. Shealy Jr. of Missouri; girlfriend Brianna Lynn Wall of Irmo; and numerous cousins. He was predeceased by his grandparents. Pallbearers were David Bedenbaugh Pressley Best Redden Freeman Daniel Tucker Brad Youngblood Derek Frick David Slaughter and Danny Bundrick.
