Darrell Bruce Bartleson, 64, of Saluda and formerly of Cincinnati, died Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at Self Regional Medical Center in Greenwood. Born on March 4, 1956 in Cincinnati OH, he was a son of the late Henry Wallace and Eunice Hall Bartleson. Darrell was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. He will be remembered for his love of fishing, his love of watching sports on TV, and his love of Judge Judy. He was a hero to some and a good man to all who knew him. Darrell is survived by his wife, Della Cannon of Saluda; sons, Donte and Darrell, Jr; a granddaughter; a sister, Chauna and Lester Burton of Las Vegas, NV; step-children, Kristy Wise, Matt Wise, and Candice Whittle; grandchildren, Jayce, Ala, Caleb, Cayden, Little Ritchie, Christopher, Payton, and Arie; niece, Dawn and Ray Morales, and a great niece, Crystal Rivera. He is also survived by his beloved cat, Sissy. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Jonte; two brothers, Rodney and Henry, Jr.; and a nephew, Tony.
