Obituary

Daryl Bradford Messer, 51 years old, of Chapin, died on February 12, 2021. He was born September 5, 1969 in Dallas, TX. He lived life to the fullest. He loved to sing karaoke, spend time with friends and also enjoyed being a motocross "Pit Dad". He was a gifted finish carpenter and took pride in his work. He had an incredible sense of humor and always had something funny to say and a laugh to share. Daryl is survived by the love of his life and wife of 30 years, Linda Cherie Messer; three sons, Joseph, Benjamin, and Joshua Messer; sisters, Wendy Drum of San Diego and Dawn Kealey of Houston, TX; a grandson Andrew Messer and many special friends and karaoke buddies. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bradford E. Messer and Mary Ellen Pace. A Celebration of Daryl's Life will take place Sunday, March 14th, 5PM, at Oak Grove Civic Center, 425 Oak DR, Lexington, SC 29073, followed by a potluck fellowship.
