Deborah Debby Clark Westmoreland 65 of Summerville died Tuesday at her residence 300 Frys Way Summerville S.C. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 Noon Friday July 24 2015 at the Whitaker Funeral Home Chapel 1704 College St. Newberry SC by the Rev. Tresco Shannon. Interment will be in Rosemont Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 to 11:45 AM Friday at Whitaker Funeral Home Newberry. Ms Westmoreland was born on Nov. 3 1949 in Charleston SC a daughter of the late Gerald M. and Helen Clamp Westmoreland. She was a retired pharmaceutical representative having worked for a number of pharmaceutical companies. She was a member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church Charleston SC where she was an active member for many years. She enjoyed dancing visiting family gardens Sunday visits walks her pet birds and playing the piano. Debby is survived by her sister and brother-in-law Rebekah W. and Frank Ryan of Summerville; nephew Frankie D. Ryan; and niece Rachel Rebekah Ryan Valentine.
