Dottie Krell Foshee Holtzclaw 97 formerly of Clinton widow of the late Eugene H. Foshee and John G. Holtzclaw died Saturday October 14 2006 in Brian Center of St. Andrews.Mrs. Holtclaw was born on November 81908 in Prosperity a daughter of the late George F. and Lillie Ann Shealy Krell. She was a retired cottage parent having served for over 30 years with Whitten Center in Clinton and was a member of Bellview Baptist Church of Laurens SC.She is survived by a daughter Betty Foshee Hamilton of Columbia; a son Paul H.(Rosemary) Foshee of Clinton; two step-daughters Irene F. Brooks of Newberry and Ruth Hughes of Laurens; a step-son Pinckney Holtzclaw of Clinton; five grandchildren Wayne (Karen) Hamilton Becky (Howard) Parnell Wanda Foshee Michael (Win-Lee) Foshee and Sherri (Mark) Davis; eleven great-grandchildren and a number of step-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her eleven siblings. Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 PM Tuesday at Bellview Baptist Church Laurens by Rev. Barry James and Rev. Ossie Deese.
