Elizabeth Anne Shaw Livingston 77 of 756 Kendall Rd. Newberry wife of Robert O. Bob Livingston Sr. died Tuesday August 3 2010 at her residence after battling multiple myeloma for the last year and a half. Born on August 17 1932 on Duncan Street in the old mill village of Greenwood she was the daughter of Albert Henry and Lillian Dove Shaw. Mrs. Livingston was a longtime member of Bethany Lutheran Church and was co-owner of Livingstons ABC Store and Bobs Party Pack. She was a beloved homemaker mother grandmother great-grandmother and second mother to many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Helen L. and Steve Johnson of Newberry; sons and daughters-in-law Robert O. Bobby Jr. and Diane Livingston of Prosperity Donald Yogi and Vicki Livingston of Newberry; brothers Robert Frog (Joan) Shaw of Charlotte NC and Cecil Lefty (Sue) Shaw of Williamsburg VA; grandchildren Robbie (Crystal) Livingston Lee (Carla) Livingston Stephanie Anne Johnson Hayli Livingston Wesley Livingston; and great-grandchildren Destiny Nazhay Carlee and Carson. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Friday at the Whitaker Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Charles Clinton. Interment will be in the Springdale Section of Rosemont Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 PM Thursday at the Whitaker Funeral Home. Active Pallbearers will be Jamal Rouse and Mrs. Livingston's grandchildren.Honorary pallbearers will be her nieces and nephews.
