Fay J. Brandt 86 died Friday January 2 2004 at the Lowman Home in White Rock. Mrs. Brandt was born on November 7 1917 in Cedar Falls Iowa a daughter of the late Gilbert and Ethel Hanner Helm. She was an adventurous woman who grew up in Iowa moved to California in her 20's and lived most of her life in San Clemente California. She was a charter member of Our Saviour' s Lutheran Church in San Clemente singing in the choir for many years. She was very independent living in her home until a few weeks before her death. Mrs. Brandt is survived by a daughter Collette B. LaClair of Escondido CA; a son and daughter-in-law Craig and Millie Brandt of Columbia; three grandchildren Stewart Brandt and Anita Brandt both of Columbia and Lorne Brandt of Rock Hill. Memorial services for Fay Brandt will be conduct at 4:00 P.M. Sunday in the Chapel of the Daily Family Center at the Lowman Home by Chaplain Gary Lyerly. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 4:00 P.M.
