Faye Leber Mills, 80, of Irmo, died Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at her residence. Born on February 4, 1938 in Clyde, OH, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Buela Leber. She retired as the Assistant to the City Manager in Clyde, OH. She is survived by her son, Randy L. Mills of Irmo; sister, Eleanor Livingroom of Colorado; and grandchildren, Sarah Millis and Devon Mills. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Hubert P.
