Foster C. Broome 68 of 209 Rutledge St. Joanna died Friday November 7 2003 at the J.F. Hawkins Nursing Home.Mr. Broome was born on Nov. 11 1934 in Whitmire a son of Jessie Mae Conyers Broome and the late Chalmers B. Broome. He was a retired employee of the J.P. Stevens Co.He is survived by his mother; two daughters April Broome and Donna Campbell; one son Frankie Carroll Broome; four sisters Dorothy Senn Brenda O'Shields Norma Bostic and Pat Brooks; three brothers Jimmy Broome Francis "Buck" Broome and Mike Broome; and seven grandchildren.Graveside funeral services for Foster C. Broome will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Monday at the Whitmire Cemetery.Visitation will be from 2:00 to 5:00 P.M.
