Frank M. Shealy Jr. 76 of 715 Columbia Ave. Chapin died Monday November 13 2006 at Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital.Mr. Shealy was born on Oct. 12 1930 in Lexington Co. a son of Louise Comalander Shealy and the late Frank M. Shealy Sr.He was an Army veteran of the Koran War was the co-owner of F.M. Shealy and Son Saw Mill and was a retired Location Party Chief with the S.C. Department of Transportation. He was awarded the S.C.D.O.T. Location Party Chief of the Year in 1986.He was a Life Member of St. Jacobs Lutheran Church where he served as the Secretary and Vice Chairman of the congregational council for a number of years and also served as Chairman of the Property Committee. He was the first President of the Lutheran Men at St. Jacobs.He is survived by his mother of White Rock; his wife Betty Ann Sheely Shealy of Chapin; three sons Lynn Murray Shealy Danny Ray Shealy and Wayne Errol Shealy all of Chapin; and three grandchildren Elaine Shealy Walt Shealy. and Sara Shealy all of Chapin.Funeral services were conducted 4:00 P.M. Tuesday at St. Jacobs Lutheran Church by the Rev. George Rushe and Rev. Andrew Eargle. Interment was in the church cemetery.The family was at his residence 715 Columbia Ave. and did receive friends at the church following the services.Active pallbearers were Jay Sheely Ronnie Boland Danny Lee Wessinger Stanley Slice George W.
