George R. "Static" Bundrick 85 formerly of 2313 Wheeland School Road Little Mountain died Monday August 16 2004 at Bryan V.A. Medical Center in Columbia . Mr. Bundrick was born on May 12 1919 in Lexington a son of the late Bunyan A. and Maude Cannon Bundrick. He was an Army veteran of WW II and he was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.Mr. Bundrick is survived by his wife Hula Rowe Bundrick of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law Brenda B. and Harvey Griffin of Silverstreet and Linda B. and Eddie Richardson of Little Mountain; two sons and daughters-in-law Sonny and Mary Bundrick of Little Mountain and Bunyan and Vernelle Bundrick of Chapin; two sisters Rosabelle Chapman of White Rock and Catherine Frick of Chapin; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son George E. Bundrick two grandchildren Martha and Alpha Griffin and one great grandchild Samatha Paige Kinard.Funeral services for George R. "Static" Bundrick will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Wednesday at Bethel Baptist Church by the Rev. Lynn Peters and Rev. Daniel Nash. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Whitaker Funeral Home Chapin.
