Grace Banks Ruff 95 of 1807 Ebenezer Rd. Newberry widow of L.W. Ruff died Wednesday November 24 2004 at the Newberry County Memorial Hospital.Mrs. Ruff was born on February 14 1909 in Saluda County the daughter of the late Samuel G. and Elizabeth Rogers Banks. She was a retired employee of Kendall Co. Mollohon Plant and was a member of Glenn St. Baptist Church.Mrs. Ruff is survived by a daughter Frances R. Mack of Newberry; two sons and daughters-in-law S. J. and Grace A. Ruff and Mitchell and Peggy Ruff all of Newberry; six grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.Funeral services were conducted at 11:00 A.M. Saturday at Glenn St. Baptist Church by the Rev. Todd Kirkland and the Rev. Donald West. Interment was in the Newberry Memorial GardensVisitation was from 6:00 to 7:00 P. M. Friday at the Whitaker Funeral Home.
