Helen Caughman Campbell

Helen Caughman Campbell, 78, of Columbia, South Carolina, died on September 16, 2026. Born in Columbia, South Carolina, on October 6, 1947, she was the only daughter of the late “G.P.” Jr. and Eleanor F. Caughman.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at The Lutheran Church of the Redeemer. The family will accept friends for a visitation following the service.

The family suggests that memorials be made to The Lutheran Church of the Redeemer music program or building fund, 1515 Boundary Street, Newberry, SC, 29108.

The family wants to extend a special thanks to the staff at White Oak Manor, Springfield Place, as well as Dr. Michael Bernardo and staff, and Dr. Oscar Lovelace and staff, for their unsurpassed, dedicated care of Helen.
