Jessica Michelle Nichols, 34, of Newberry, died Monday, July 3, 2017 at her residence. Born on October 13, 1982 in Newberry, she was the daughter of Michael K. "Mike" Nichols of Newberry and the late Cheryl Ann Reid. Jessica is survived by her children, whom she loved dearly, Harley Andrew Bennett, Michael Isaac Nichols, and Cyril Garrett, Jr. all of Newberry; her father; step-mother, Charlene Nichols of Newberry; step-father, Mike Reid of Whitmire; her brother, Joshua Nichols (Ghen) of Newberry; step-brothers, Daniel Scott of Texas and Sean Scott of Prosperity; paternal grandparents, Bobby and Jean Nichols of Newberry; and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to her mother, she was predeceased by a brother Dylan Nichols and maternal grandparents, Mildred English and Jimmie Waldo Lester. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday in Rosemont Cemetery conducted by the Rev. Eddie Bledsoe. Memorials are suggested to Boys Farm, Inc., PO Box 713, Newberry, SC 29108.
