Julia Noe Greene, 95, of Newberry, SC, died July 3, 2025, in Newberry surrounded by her family.

Born on January 10, 1930, in Oklahoma, she was a daughter of the late Julian and Ellen Noe.

Julia was a kind and caring person and never complained about anything. She grew up during The Great Depression and never took for granted the simple joys of life. For Julia, she found much joy in cooking, baking, reading, and mostly, being with her family.

She is survived by her daughters, Sue (Mike) Corbett and Denise G. (Luther) Long; son, Larry A. (Donna) Greene; 6 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband of 69 years, Jerry L. Greene; sister, Eleanor Tweed; and brother, Johnny Noe.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on July 7, 2025, at Newberry Memorial Gardens.

The family expresses their appreciation to the team at Newberry County Memorial Hospital for their love and care of Julia this past week.
