K. Bruce Buddy Garner 50 of 714 North Wheeler Ave. Prosperity died Monday September 8 2003 at his residence. Mr. Garner was born on July 8 1953 in Newberry a son of Jewel Bouknight Garner and the late C. Bruce Garner. He was a member of Wightman United Methodist Church Prosperity Masonic Lodge # 115 York Rite Bodies and the Hejaz Shrine Temple. Mr. Garner is survived by his mother of Prosperity; a son John E. Coolie Garner of Chapin; a sister Carol Jean G. Fulmer of Prosperity; a brother Mack Garner Sr. of Prosperity; and a special great niece Jessica Chapman of Newberry. Graveside funeral services for K. Bruce Buddy Garner will be conducted at 3:00 PM Wednesday at the Newberry Memorial Gardens by the Rev. James Shealy. The family will receive friends at the residence of Jewel B. Garner 403 N.
