Karl W. Eckhardt, 63, of Prosperity, died Friday, April 28, 2017 at his residence. Born on December 20, 1953, he was a son of the late Eugene and Helen Eckhardt. Mr. Eckhardt was an automotive mechanic by profession and it was also his favorite hobby. He is survived by his sons and their spouses, Bradley "Brad" and Julia Eckhardt of Prosperity and Buzz and Kate Eckhardt of Salt Lake City, UT; his brother, Gene Eckhardt of California; and 7 grandchildren.
