Kathryn Duncan Senn Riebe 86 of Newberry died Sunday April 21 2013 at Springfield Place in Newberry. Visitation were from 6:00 to 7:30 PM Tuesday April 23 2013 at Whitaker Funeral Home in Newberry. Funeral services were conducted at 3:00 PM on Wednesday April 24 at the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer by the Rev. Dick Webber. Interment was in Rosemont Cemetery. The family suggests memorials be made to the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer 1515 Boundary St. Newberry SC 29108 or to Springfield Place 2000 Springfield Circle Newberry SC 29108. She was born June 28 1926 in Newberry a daughter of the late Clarence C. and Lera Long Duncan. She was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer and worked as a bookkeeper at Spartan Grain Mill and Neel Tractor Company for many years Mrs. Riebe is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Kathy and Von Dennis of Newberry; son and daughter-in-law John A. Andy and Sandy Senn of Prosperity; step children Elaine Wolfe formerly of Newberry Biff and Margaret Riebe of Kinards and Ken and Barbara Riebe of Newberry; grandchildren John L. and Julie Dennis Andrew L. Drew Senn and Steven D. Senn; and a great grandson John Luke Dennis. She was predeceased by husbands John A. Senn and Kenneth W. Riebe; sisters Sarah D. Pitts Margaret D. Olsen Frances D. Miller Pauline D. Barrett Louise D. Hamm and Lera D. Dickert; and brothers C.C. Dunk Duncan Robert H. Bobby Duncan and Paul H. Duncan. Pallbearers will be Drew Senn John Dennis Sonny Hamm Robin Duncan Ronnie Dickert Danny Dickert Jimmy Boozer and Bobby Forbis.
