Laura Ann Danielsen Cousins, 51, of Newberry died Tuesday, August 28, 2018. Born on January 21, 1967 in Newberry, she was a daughter Tommie Ann Werts Danielsen and the late Larry Thomas Danielsen. Laura was a member of Bush River Baptist Church. She was a Gamecock football fan, enjoyed gardening and cooking and liked her trips to the beach. She adored family vacations, loved her cousins and was very fond of animals, especially her dog "Hoppy". She is survived by her mother, Tommie Ann W. Danielsen of Newberry and by her aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her father; her sister, Kristy Lee Danielsen and her husband, Tony Cousins. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Sunday, September 2, 2018 at Bush River Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Eric Truesdale. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will be at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ricky Chapman, 1234 Sims Abrams Road, Newberry and will receive friends at the church following the services on Sunday.
