Leroy Seegers, Jr., 73, of Silverstreet, SC, died November 14, 2025. Born June 28, 1952 a son of Leroy and Betty Ruth (Mahaffey) Seegers, Sr.

Leroy was an ASE Certified Mechanic for 30 years, a truck driver for 15 years and instructed new truckdrivers and also did concrete block and brick masonry for many years.

His hobbies included fishing, working on cars, cooking and playing guitar.

He is survived by his son, Jody (Cindy) Sutton, Little Mountain, SC; daughters, Tonya Sutton Chapman (Paul Richardson), Prosperity, SC; Pamela Sutton, Newberry, SC; siblings, Annie Ruth (Chuck) Roof, Newberry, SC; Mike (Kay) Seegers, Pelion, SC; nine grandchildren and four great grandkids.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his baby brother, Charlie Seegers and daughter April Nicole Sutton Long.

The family will be receiving family and friends  November 19, 2025, from 4:00 - 6:00 P.M. at 331 Brown Street, Prosperity, South Carolina 29127. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
