Lesa Anne Harmon 53 of 732 Folk Road Newberry died Saturday January 29 2011 at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born on August 26 1957 in Newberry County she was a daughter of Bertha Long and Donnie Harmon. Lesa was a member of Queens Memorial Presbyterian Church and worked as a nurse at J.F. Hawkins Nursing Home and White Oak Manor. She loved her niece and nephews dearly and treasured spending time with them. In addition to her parents Lesa is survived by sisters Nita Jo Coffey and Christi (Neal) Epps both of Newberry; brother Dale Harmon of Simpsonville; niece Hope Owens; and nephews Corey Matthew and Marcus Epps Robby (Tiffany) Donny and R.C. Coffey. She was predeceased by a brother-in-law Robert Coffey III Funeral services were conducted at 2 PM Tuesday February 1 2011 at the Whitaker Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. David Torrey. Interment was in Queens Memorial Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The family did receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Monday at the Whitaker Funeral Home Newberry. Active pallbearers were Neal Epps Corey Epps Matthew Epps Marcus Epps Robby Coffey Donny Coffey Arthur Moody and Roger Long.
