Lewis N. Boozer 74 of 2526 Fair Ave. Newberry died Monday January 10 2005.Mr. Boozer was born on October 19 1930 in Prosperity a son of the late Mark N. and Mae Lee Shealy Boozer. He served in the US Army for two years the National Guards for 19 years and was retired from Oakland Mills Kendall Co. He was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church. He was twice married first to the late Evelyn R. Boozer and second to Buler Mae H. Boozer of Winnsboro. Mr. Boozer is survived by a son and daughter-in-law Robert E. and Wendy F. Boozer of Newberry; three sisters Dorothy B. Jones of Newberry Fran B. Merchant of Prosperity and Ann B. Dawson of Columbia; a brother Ronald Boozer of Prosperity; and a grandson James Arrowood of Newberry. Graveside service were conducted Thursday at 2:00 P. M. at St. Luke's Lutheran Church Cemetery by the Rev. Arden Hallman. Visitation were from 6:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
