Madelyn Claire Smith, child of God and infant daughter of Robert Clayton "Clay", III and Kimberly Amick Smith, joined God's heavenly kingdom on Wednesday, October 2, 2019. Madelyn touched her family's lives as they awaited her birth and began making plans for this baby girl. Feelings of love filled their hearts. She will always be cherished. In addition to her parents Clay and Kimberly of Newberry, she is survived by sisters, Hannah and Ali Chapman, and other loving family members and friends. The family invites family and friends to join them on Sunday, October 6, 2019 at 2:00 pm for a graveside service in Silverstreet Lutheran Church Cemetery with the Rev. Harry J. Crout officiating.
