Marian Wingler, 72, died on March 22, 2016 at White Oak Manor. Born on May 28, 1943 in Gibson, TN, she was a daughter of the late Connie Lee Burns and the late Virgie Moss. She retired as a welder from Daniel Construction Company. She loved arts and crafts, sewing and working in the yard using her green thumb to make her flowers grow. Watching birds brought her contentment and dogs were among her loves. She is survived by her children; Billy Butler of Newberry, Crystal Carpenter of Concord, NC, Lane Butler and Beth Briers both of Holden Beach, NC; eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren and her former husband, B.J.
