Mary Barrineau Kerwin 89 formerly of North Augusta and Allendale SC widow of Gilbert J. Kerwin died Friday August 25 2006 at Springfield Place in Newberry.Mrs. Kerwin was born on June 19 1917 in Andrews SC the daughter of the late Wade Hampton and Mary Ellen Cooper Barrineau. She was a homemaker and a member of Central United Methodist Church in Newberry.Mrs. Kerwin is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Penny and Al Harvey of Newberry and a son and daughter-in-law Bert and Becky Kerwin of Allendale; six grandchildren Shellie Cochcroft Jason (Marci) Harvey Scott (Missy) Kerwin Gigi Kerwin Trey Kerwin and Stacey (Bruce) Smith; and 10 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son Summer Allen "Bucky" Kerwin.Funeral services were conducted at 3:30 PM Sunday in Swallow Savannah United Methodist Church in Allendale.
