Phillip Aaron "Phil" Shultz, 69, of Newberry, went to be with his Lord on September 28, 2017.
Born on September 16, 1948 in Pulaski, VA, he was the son of the late Carl Arden Shultz and Velma Claudine (Smith) Shultz.
