Ralph Wade Kneece, 39, of Newberry, died Friday May 20, 2022 at his residence. Wade was born on April 28, 1983 in Newberry, a son of James C. Kneece Sr. and the late Rene' Wulfjen Kneece. Growing up Wade enjoyed the outdoors. He spent many hours exploring, hunting, and riding 4-wheelers with friends. As an independent soul, he has worked at Insite Support for almost 20 years. Wade's interest and knowledge with computers made him a person to turn to. Wade will be remembered as a mentor and friend; someone that was known to bring people together and enjoy life. Wade will be missed for his sense of being all-inclusive; he had a gift of making everyone feel comfortable. Wade always displayed a protective approach to others, taking them under his wing, teaching them and never missing a chance to share a joke and cut-up, as he loved to laugh and enjoy life. Wade is survived by his father and step-mother, James and Barbara Kneece of Newberry; siblings, Kacey Kneece Reep of Newberry and Josh Kneece (Melinda) of Saluda; and 3 nieces. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his sister Kandace Erin Kneece and his brother-in-law Dean Reep, Jr. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at Pine Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery, 457 Pine Pleasant Church Road, Saluda, on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at 11:00 AM by the Rev. Burton Campbell. The family will receive friends following the service. The family suggests memorials be made to Pine Pleasant Baptist Church, Cemetery Fund.
