Ralph Ernest Wulfjen Jr.

Ralph Ernest Wulfjen, Jr., 72, of Stuart, Florida, died on June 17, 2026. Born in Columbia, South Carolina, on June 11, 1954, he was the son of the late Ralph Ernest Sr. and Frankie Berry Wulfjen.

After playing football for Newberry High School, he went on to play for Newberry College while obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree. Throughout his life, Ralph was known for his driven personality; he refused to do anything halfway, no matter what it was.

An avid outdoorsman, Ralph loved being out on the water fishing or in the woods hunting, and was known for being an extremely talented bird caller. He loved to play pranks and make people laugh; his fun-loving spirit and humor were truly infectious. Ralph had a genuine love for life and never hesitated to share that love with others.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Jeanne Elizabeth Wulfjen, niece, Kacey Kneece Reep, and nephew James Clarence Kneece, Jr. as well as his great nieces, Bethany Rene’ Reep, Anna-Grace Jane Reep, Mackenzie Kneece, & Calli Reep Bonda (Alex). Great-great niece Grayson Bonda & great-great nephew Bennett Bonda.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, William Marion Wulfjen; sister, Rene’ Wulfjen Kneece; niece, Kandace Kneece; and nephews Ralph Wade Kneece & Eddie Dean Reep, Jr.
