Raymond Howard Willingham 80 of Mt. Pleasant SC died Friday March 9 2012 at Savannah Grace Assisted Living. Mr. Willingham was born on December 11 1931 in Newberry SC a son of the late Nellie Howard and R. J. Willingham. Graveside funeral services were conducted at 10:00 AM Monday at Rosemont Cemetery by the Father Noel Tria. He graduated first in his class with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University and is a veteran of the US Army. He served as President of the Andover Companies of MA and upon his retirement moved to Mt. Pleasant SC. Mr. Willingham was a member of MENSA and holds the rights to numerous patents. He was of the Catholic faith. Mr. Willingham is survived by his siblings Beverly W. Witt of Greenville Kenneth R. (Kay) Willingham of Mt. Pleasant Toni W. (Richie) Warren of Newberry; and numerous nieces nephews great-nieces and great-nephews. The family was at the residence of Toni and Richie Warren 2515 Henry Avenue Newberry SC.
