Raymond Charles Reinhardt, 81, of Lexington, SC, died Thursday, December 30, 2021. He was born in 1940 to the late Milton Henry Reinhardt and the late Juanita Sanders Reinhardt. Mr. Reinhardt, a graduate of Cleveland High School, honorably served in the US Air Force and retired from the Reserves as a Senior Master Sergeant. He was employed with Southwestern Bell Telephone, retiring after 35 plus years of faithful service. He enjoyed golf, hunting and fishing, and was a lifelong fan of the St. Louis Cardinals. Mr. Reinhardt is survived by his two sons, Greg Reinhardt of Columbia, SC and Cory Reinhardt of St. Louis, MO; two daughters, Wendi (Bert) Richardson of Chapin, SC, and Tara (John) Whitmire of Greenville, SC; and a sister-in-law, Julie Reinhardt, and her sons, Brad (Kristi) and Clay Reinhardt. He is also survived by 8 adoring grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Dennis Gordon Reinhardt. A private celebration of life will be held by the family.
