Reba Fulmer Epting 95 of Chapin formerly of Little Mountain died Sunday February 7 2010 at Lexington Medical Center. Born in Newberry County on March 01 1914 she was the daughter of the late Charlie C. and Lilly Sease Fulmer. She was a former employee of Efirds in Newberry. She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and was a lifetime member of W.E.L.C.A. She was a former member of the Garden Club in Chapin. Mrs. Epting is survived by 2 sons Jerry P. Epting (Joyce) of Jacksonville FL and J. Charles Epting (Lessie) of Little Mountain; 6 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild. She was predeceased by her husband Homer O. Epting Sr. her son Homer O. Epting Jr. and her brothers John L. Fulmer Sr. Ellis Fulmer and Joe Keith Fulmer. Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 PM Wednesday at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church by the Rev. Fred Suhr. Interment was in Newberry Memorial Gardens.Visitation was from 6:00 to 7:00 P.M Tuesday at Whitaker Funeral Home in Newberry.
