Regina Malinowski 89 of Chapin died Monday March 10 2014 at her residence. Born on August 3 1924 in Buffalo NY the daughter of the late William J. and Lena Slawiak. Mrs. Malinowski was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church. She was a homemaker who loved gardening cooking and entertaining. She is survived by her husband of 67 years Thaddeus Malinowski; daughter Barbara J. Malinowski of Chapin and San Francisco CA; son William J. (Rosemary) Malinowski of Chapin; sister Dolores Stankiewicz of Vestal NY; grandchildren Thomas Malinowski (Kathy) Ted Malinowski and Susan Naputi (Joe); and 5 great grandchildren. Visitation was 9:30 AM prior to the Rosary Service. The Rosary will be prayed at 10:00 AM Monday March 17 2014 at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 10:30 AM Monday following the Rosary Service. Interment was in Fort Jackson National Cemetery.
