Ronda Diane Starnes Medlin, 52, of Summerton, died April 5, 2017 in Charleston at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). Born in Chester, she was the daughter of the late Ronald Starnes and Judy Diane Starnes Gallman. She was a graduate of Great Falls High School in Great Falls, SC. She is survived by her son, Michael Derrick Starnes, and his wife, Jennifer Paige Derrick Starnes, of Prosperity, SC, as well as her companion, Kindl Shown, of Summerton, SC. Ronda is also survived by a host of aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. A memorial service and gathering will be conducted on Saturday, April 8, 2017 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Shrine Club in Great Falls, SC.
