Tatiana "Tania" Petrovna Jastrebov, 72, was born on February 19, 1952, to Peter Jastrebov and Galyna Druzinska, she spent her formative years in Paterson, New Jersey, pursuing her studies in Russian, German and English.

Being exceptionally gifted in communication, Tania worked as an interpreter at the United Nations. Her career progressed as an international tour manager for physician knowledge exchanges, which allowed her to travel throughout the world. Her passion, however, was the performing arts. She managed all aspects of tour engagements for international artistic troupes, ballets (Bolshoi), philharmonic orchestras, choirs and notable musicians such as Yo-Yo Ma. She was the Company Manager for the Vienna Choir Boys for over 15 years, and she was affectionately addressed as "Frau Tania" by all.

Upon retiring, Tania moved to Newberry, South Carolina. A place she chose to call home – a place with friends, beauty, southern hospitality and an opera house.

Tatiana fell asleep on Sunday, July 7, 2024 with Hope of Resurrection and of Life. She is survived by her Goddaughter Natalie Buccieri, many close friends and a legacy of endearing memories that continue to bless and enrich those who knew her.

Services will be held on July 23, 2024 at 10:00am at the Saints Mary and Martha Orthodox Monastery. She will be interred at the monastery's cemetery. A light repast meal will be served afterwards.
