Teri Mount McCall, 46, of Newberry, died Friday, May 6, 2016 at Lexington Medical Center. She was born on August 20, 1969 in Charleston, a daughter of Terry Mount and Betty and Charlie Marek of Charleston. Teri was a devoted stay at home mother, wife and teacher who was very strong in her faith. She was a member of the At Home in the Lowcountry Home School Association and Home School Legal Defense Association. She is survived by her husband of almost 17 years, James McCall; daughters, Jadzia Alexandria McCall and Eden Sophia McCall; brothers, Michael Marek and Clarke Marek of Charleston; sister-in-law; Amanda Wilson of Charlotte; niece, Emma Wilson; mother-in-law, Rosie McCall; an uncle in Guam, an aunt and numerous cousins in Charleston; and all her loved ones in Newberry. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Daisy and Ralph Clark. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, May 14th, 2016, at the Whitaker Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dale Gooding officiating the service.
